Former Miss Universe and one of the charming personality in currnet Bollywood Industry Lara Dutta new forthcoming movie is Blue with Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Kumar. In this movie Larra Dutta playing a character of Sanjay girl friend. Blue is a forthcoming Bollywood Action Adventure film to be directed by Anthony D’Souza. The Action thriller also stars Sanjay Dutt Akshay Kumar Zayed Khan and Arianna Lodge in lead roles. This film is inspired by The old Hollywood movie Deep Which was an underwater film about a ship that sank with drugs and cocaine. This movie is based on lost treasure which three friends try to find. It is related to the obstacles that they face in the process and the deceit and betrayal among themselves and others. This movie is not only inspired by one film but has references from various underwater films and also creature films like Shark attacks and Jaws. It is one of the most expensive films ever made in India with an estimated budget of around Rs.100 crore. Shipwreck and treasure being a part of the storyline much of the filming will take place underwater. The filming is started in Summer 2008.

Shipwreck and treasure being a part of the storyline much of the filming will take place underwater. All the actors of the film have undergone deep-sea Scuba diving training in Bangkok. Lara Dutta who plays an underwater diver didn't know how to swim earlier. She says "When I was offered 'Blue' I was a little skeptical but then thought it is now or never. I swim like a fish today and am an expert in diving".
