Few days ago we had posted pictures of Chandigarh Cops flouting Traffic Rules and motivated with that a new user has emails us this picture in which a Chandigarh Policeman is caught red handed buying pirated music and video cd's. According to the user, the cop was found buying cd's in Sector 34 main market.
