Indeed the film fraternity has been experiencing poignant times of loss & misery. While on Sunday (May 17) filmmaker Prakash Mehra passed away a day earlier Model turned actor Rahul Dev also lost his wife Rina.
Rina had been suffering from cancer for the past few years and was even taking treatment in Delhi but unfortunately she lost the battle on Saturday. The couple had shifted to Delhi from Mumbai for the treatment. Being married for 11 years the couple has a 10-year-old son Siddharth.
Despite of going through a tragic personal life Rahul dedicatedly worked for the recently released AA DEKHEN ZARA in which he played a pivotal role .It so happened that once during the shoot Rahul had to pay a sudden visit to Rina back home. But being a thorough professional Rahul was back on the shoot within two days.
We express heartfelt condolences to Rahul Dev and pray to the Almighty to give him the strength and courage to bear this loss.
