Chandigarh is the only place in India where people are afraid to break Traffic Rules, just because of its Police Administration and its Rules. However its very common that people see Policemen violate these rules. Here is yet another example, shocking pictures sent to us by our Chandigarh Subscriber.
People have to pay a fine of 300Rs or a Bribe of 100Rs for this crime shown here for which this police man went past nothing. These photographs have been clicked in Sector 17-16 Main Road; Road which leads to the Civil Secretariat, Rose Garden and the CM's Residence. Its the most guarded road with Civil, Traffic and General Policemen. These 2 otherwise escaped as if they were INVISIBLE.
